Our artisanal aromatic vegetal candles are made in the Algarve, in the south of Portugal with Grasse perfumes without CMR and without phthalates. Our labels are made from recycled paper and, in order to reduce packaging to a strict minimum, they are sold in a linen pouch. The natural white clay pots made one by one in the Portuguese olaria tradition are all different. Small imperfections and their irregularities give each piece a unique character.
Casa Bohemia Algarve candles have a long production cycle that requires a lot of time and dedication.
HAND POURED AROMATIC CANDLES
Our products are handmade with organic, biodegradable ingredients, without harmful synthetic preservatives.
The base of all our products is made with organic olive oil directly from the harvests of small local producers in Sao Bras de Alportel in the Algarve region.
Their artisanal manufacturing allows all the properties of the natural oils and plants used to be preserved.

“Our project is to rebuild Katia's grandparents' house, an old house from 1902, in Sao Bras de Alportel in the Algarve, in the south of Portugal, to install our workshop there and open, perhaps, our Casa Bohemia to the public. We are happy and proud to contribute to maintaining Portuguese know-how and make it a point of honor to pay our partners a fair price in the different stages of creation, this is non-negotiable for us. »
